Support through your birth journey

Together, we will meet for 2-3 prenatal visits check in about your pregnancy and create a birth plan, as well as go over daily exercises to prep for The Big Day.

I will be on-call 2 weeks before your Estimated Due Date, until you start laboring. and join you in active labor.

We will meet for one final post-birth visit to reflect on your birth experience and ensure your needs are met.

Prioritizing healing and rest
I take a parent-centered approach to ensure parents are mental, emotional, and physical energies are high enough to care for your baby. We start with a check-in with the parent(s) to understand daily needs, then I get started on supporting parent and baby with feeding, toileting, a walk, bathing, naps, and cooking (optional).
